Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Calgary & Area: 1–3 business days
  • Alberta: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup and provided with pickup instructions.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Mo Lumière Calgary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist with carrier claims where applicable.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
