At Mo Lumière Calgary, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and unopened
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Perfume oils
- Body oils
- Room mists
- Car diffusers
- Candles that have been burned
- Wax melts that have been used
- Personalized or custom orders
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible item qualifies for return, a refund will be issued once approved, and a new order can be placed separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
